HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please contact us with your order number to receive return instructions and a return label. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
HOW LONG IS THE RETURN PERIOD?
At Amaura, we offer a 90-day return period, so you can shop with complete confidence. We want you to love your jewelry - which is why we give you extra time to decide if it’s the perfect fit for you.
CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR ITEM?
Yes, as long as the jewelry is unused. Please contact us, and we’ll help you arrange a quick and easy exchange.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Refunds are processed once we have received and approved the returned item. The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase within 1–3 business days.

CAN I SHOWER AND TRAIN WITH MY JEWELRY?
Yes. Amaura jewelry is crafted from 316L stainless steel and is waterproof, making it suitable for daily wear — including workouts and contact with water.
To preserve the coating, shine, and finish over time, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to chlorine, saltwater, and very hot water. After showering, training, or swimming in the sea, gently dry your jewelry with a soft cloth.
HOW DO I PREVENT DISCOLORATION?
Put your jewelry on as the final step in your routine - apply perfume, creams, and hair products first, then your jewelry. Avoid unnecessary contact with chemicals, store your pieces dry and separately, and gently wipe them after use.
WHICH CLOTH AND SOAP SHOULD I USE?
Clean gently in lukewarm water using a mild, fragrance-free soap. Use a microfiber cloth or a very soft brush for detailed areas. Avoid silver dips and harsh chemicals, as they may damage the coating.
CAN I USE AN ULTRASONIC CLEANER?
We do not recommend ultrasonic cleaning for plated jewelry. Vibrations may weaken the coating and loosen glued stones. Hand cleaning is the safest and most gentle method.
